"Mon Père". MY FATHER. With this name, Carini family wants to dedicate the new product to Armando, father of Carlo and Marco brothers. The "classic method" sparkling wine provides for the typical refermentation in the bottle, which gives shape to fine-grained bubbles, pleasant and delicate hints. 24 months on the yeast allow to release sensations that recall the French brioche and freshly baked bread, combined with freshness and acidity in the mouth. The time of disgorgement and of the addition of "liqueur d'expedition" takes place strictly on September 10th, the birth day of the head of the family and, after about 2 months in bottle, it is officially put on market 8th of November, Mother Bruna's birthday.
