Organoleptic characteristics
Color: very bright pale pink.
Taste: dry, full and elegant in shades of fruit and notes of complex spices.
Bouquet: floral and fruity with citrus notes, intense and fresh fragrant.
Taste: good acidity, harmonious, sapid, balanced and pleasant, with a good persistence in the mouth, soft aftertaste.
