'CINTA SENESE' CURED MEAT
Breeding:
Carlo and Marco Carini’s holding only breeds selected ‘Cinta’ pigs, which are easily recognizable by their distinctive black cloak which is crossed widthways by a white “belt”.
Pasture:
The pigs live completely in the wild in agricultural and forested land.
Diet:
The pig’s diet comprises food grains and legumes grown exclusively on the farm which is periodically enriched with chestnuts and acorns.
Ingredients:
Pure ‘Cinta Senese’ pork, salt, herbs, E252 preservative.
Packaging:
Vacuum-packed for an optimal preservation of the product.
