The miracle of honey occurs from the passage of nectar from the older "bee-catcher" bee to the "warehouse" bee, which continues the transformation of the nectar and stores it in the appropriate cells. The bees, after keeping the nectar at the right temperature and ventilation, seal the cells with a small wax cap (operculum). We just move the hives occasionally, collect the honey and pack it. Honey is compatible with any diet and is particularly recommended for children. One of the great advantages for human nutrition is that honey is predigested and does not require any effort on its part to assimilate it.
