A practical five litre Bag-In-Box© container of organic extra virgin olive oil, which maintains the organoleptic properties of the product by preventing contact with air.
Characteristics
The cultivation and all subsequent processing stages take place in compliance with organic farming methods that exclude any synthetic chemical, for both the fertilisation of the soil and for pest-control. The olives are harvested from early October to mid-December and pressed within 8 hours of collection, using an unfiltered cold-extraction technique in order to preserve their qualities and their high nutritional value.
