The filling for these extra-dark chocolates derives from the early harvest of the Dolce Agogia olives at Azienda Agraria Carlo & Marco Carini, exclusively produced by the Maitre Chocolatiers at Confetture Ellegi in Capocavallo.
Ingredients
Dark chocolate (70% cocoa paste, cocoa butter, sugar, soy lecithin emulsifier, flavourings). Filling: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, whey powder, soy lecithin emulsifier) vanilla extract, 30% Dolce Agogia extra virgin olive oil.
